Return Policy You may return the product you purchased within 7 days of receipt provided that it has not been used (except scarf, bag), the label has not been ripped off and the salable feature has been lost. You can send the reason for returning the product by typing in the description section under the bills. When sending the product to us, do not forget to send it with the cargo we deal with. Return Procedure for Scarf and BAG Scarf and Bag for the products in the categories; If the label has not been torn, untested, or unused, you can return the product on condition that it is delivered to the cargo within 24 hours from the date of receipt.

You will be refunded within 14 days.
You can contact your bank with the reference code sent by SMS during the returns process. If you still cannot see your refund in your bank account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not accept exchanges, you can return your items within 14 days. Meanwhile you may wish to place a new order.
For cancelled orders, (before your order is shipped) the full amount paid will be refunded, incl. shipping fee
