Cargo delivery time may vary depending on the cargo company and adrese. Our shipments are sent by DHL. You can follow the cargo status with your shipment code shared with you.

The shipping fee varies according to the number of products and the shipping country. You can check the shipping charge when you come to the "Payment" screen.

You can track your order with the tracking code provided by SMS and e-mail. You can also locate your tracking information in your Modanisa account. After logging in, click on your username then select ‘’ORDER ’’ to access your order history/status details. You can also click on ‘’Where Is My Order?’’ on the homepage and track your order.

You can check the countries where the cargo is sent from the country of delivery. If your country is not listed in this list, you can get detailed information by emailing destek@armagangiyim.com.tr .

Tracking Number is a code that enables you to track your order status.

If the country you are on is not on the list of countries to be sent; you can email destek@armagangiyim.com to add it.

The company we work with varies by country and region. DHL is the overseas shipping company.

If you are not at the shipping address when your order is delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest branch, and you will be informed. You should pick up your order from the branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to our company, ARMAĞAN GİYİM

You can contact the freight company and ask to receive your package at a suitable branch providing your tracking code.

Each order will be considered as a separate dispatch. There is no guarantee that orders purchased on different dates will be shipped at the same time.If you choose the Cash on Delivery payment method, your two orders may be delivered at the same time if your previous order has not been invoiced yet.
